Minimum stay is 30 nights.
Use these steps to rent CoatneyCabin (coatneycabin). The whole booking is electronic.
1. Reach out
Email dougcoatney@gmail.com with the dates you want. Check Availability first if you like.
2. $800 refundable deposit
Pay the $800 refundable security deposit electronically.

- Dates are held when the deposit lands — not before
3. Rental agreement via Adobe Sign
Once the deposit is received, the rental agreement goes out via Adobe Sign for review. Happy to work with you on it.

Bottom line: deposit, agreement, and refunds are electronic.
4. First month, then monthly
- First month due 30 days in advance of arrival
- If arrival is inside 30 days, that first-month amount is due when you book
- Following months due before the 1st of that month
- Same PayPal / Venmo / Zelle methods
- Cash in person is ok if you are already on site
Card payments
We do not take credit cards for direct stays. If you want to pay by card, book on Airbnb or VRBO — rates are significantly more because they charge a service fee.

Rates
- $4,500 per month
- $4,000 per month for 4 months or longer
- December $6,000 for the month
- Extra nights beyond 30 are pro-rated from the monthly rate
- $800 refundable deposit
- $450 cleaning
